Head Ball 2 is Masomo's one-on-one soccer game, on YouTube since Jun 2, 2026. Two big-headed players share a tiny pitch, one goal each, and you jump, kick, and head the ball at your opponent's net. My first match was over before I understood what the buttons did; in the second I scored on a header and felt like a genius.
The loop is short matches with a ladder behind them. The App Store version runs leagues from Bronze up to Diamond, and the superpowers, fired mid-match, turn a plain kick into something nastier. Learning when to jump and when to hold your line is most of the skill; the rest is reading the opponent's timing.
The complaints: matches can swing on a superpower rather than on play, and a lot of the app's structure (teams, weekly events, promo codes) is wrapped around a small core of kick-and-jump. Strip the wrapper off and the game underneath is modest.
Play it if you like Head Soccer or want quick sports rounds between videos. Skip it if you want tactics or a full pitch.
