Basket Battle isn't basketball, it's the last two seconds of basketball played over and over. You throw the ball straight up, jump to meet it above the rim, and bring it down through the hoop. The rival on the other side is doing the same, and if you time your jump into his, his ball goes flying. The first match I scored once, got bumped three times and still laughed, which told me what kind of game this is.
The loop is match, rematch, next level. Each level adds obstacles and mechanics, so the timing you learned on a clean hoop has to survive something in the way. Skins for the ball and player drop as you go, the usual carrot. A match is short enough that losing feels like a false start, not a defeat.
The complaints: the physics is floaty, and now and then the ball does something I hadn't earned, good or bad. The opponent seems to read your rhythm on later levels, so you end up bumping more than scoring. And after a dozen matches you have the timing and have seen most of what it has.
Play it if you want a two-minute scrap with a rematch button. Skip it if you want a real basketball game with plays, passing and a court that matters.

The throw and the jump are two separate taps, and the whole game lives in the gap between them; a jump half a beat late gets you a rebound instead of a dunk.
Tips for winning the rematch
- Jump late, not early. Meeting the ball at the top of its arc is easier than chasing it up. I scored more once I waited an extra beat.
- Bump when he's mid-air. Hitting the rival on the ground does nothing. Time your jump to his and his ball goes wherever.
- Score first, defend second. Chasing bumps all match means you never shoot. Take your dunk when it's clean and only interfere when he's clearly ahead.
- Relearn the timing per level. A new obstacle changes the arc. Spend the first throw of a new level watching, not jumping.
Basket Battle vs Basketball Stars
Basketball Stars is a one-on-one basketball game: dribbling, fakes, a shot meter, a court. Basket Battle throws all of that away and keeps only the moment above the rim. There's no dribbling, no shot selection, no positioning beyond your half of the screen. It's a timing game wearing a basketball jersey.
That makes it the shallower of the two and the faster to pick up. I'd hand Basket Battle to someone who has never played a sports game and wants a laugh with a rematch button; I'd hand Basketball Stars to someone who actually watches basketball. Both are fine, they just aren't competing for the same minute.
Is Basket Battle unblocked?
This copy runs on youtube.com rather than on a games portal, which is why it usually opens on school and office networks where CrazyGames is filtered. If YouTube loads for you, the game loads, with nothing to download, and it's the same Supersonic build rather than a stripped-down mirror.
