Two-player mini-games on one screen, or against the AI on your own
A pile of one-minute mini-games for two thumbs on one phone; the AI is a fallback, not the point.

2 Player Battle is a stack of tiny games for two people sharing a screen. The phone goes flat on the table, each of you takes a half, and the game deals out a round: the usual mix of reaction tests and quick duels, then something you haven't seen yet. The first round I lost to a friend by a fraction of a second and demanded a rematch, which is the correct reaction.
What keeps it going is that no one is good at all of them. One mini-game rewards fast tapping, the next wants patience, the one after that is luck dressed up as skill. So the score swings, the loser always has a reason, and a session turns into a best-of-whatever. If nobody is around, the same games run against the AI, and it's fine as practice, but the game is built for a second person and it shows.
The complaints: solo, it's thin. The AI is a sparring partner, not a rival, and without someone to argue with the mini-games are just a list. On a small phone the halves are cramped; a few rounds work much better on a tablet. And the collection repeats sooner than you'd like.
Two people and ten minutes: yes. One person looking for a game: probably not this one.
Play with friends on one device! No friends? Battle AI solo! 2-player mini-games with stunning graphics

2 Player Battle is a set of short mini-games built for two people sharing one device. Each side gets its own half of the screen and its own controls, and a match is over in under a minute. If nobody is around, the same games can be played against the AI.
The variety is the point, since every mini-game asks for something different and nobody stays good at all of them. It works best passed back and forth on a phone or tablet. The game plays free inside YouTube with no download, so there is nothing to install on the shared device. Good for two people with a few spare minutes.
How to play: Each player taps their own side of the screen to control their character.
Good for: two players, one device, kids
Most of the mini-games hinge on one reaction or one held-breath timing, so the whole match is about who blinks first.
The mini-games are the part of Mario Party everyone actually wants, and 2 Player Battle is that part with the board, the dice and the stars thrown out. Each round is a self-contained ten-to-sixty-second contest, and the next one is a different kind of contest. No consoles, no controllers, one phone.
It's obviously the smaller thing. Mario Party's games have more craft and there are four of you. But if the situation is two people, one phone and a wait, this covers it, and it's free inside YouTube with nothing to install.
Public play counts for 2 Player Battle are re-counted every day from the YouTube Playables catalog and shown the way YouTube shows them. The total and rankings above are as of 2026-10-10.

The TubeGames rating is our estimate, not a vote. It combines how it holds up on YouTube Playables: how many people play it and whether they keep playing weeks after launch. Once 10 players rate 2 Player Battle here, their average becomes the headline score.
