Levels

100-plus numbered levels, one trick each.

The question is the setup and the scene is the punchline; when stuck, ask what the scene would want you to do if the question weren't there.

1. Move everything movable. Drag every object, character and even the question text before you decide the level is broken. It usually isn't.
2. Take the wording as a joke. If a word can mean two things, the puzzle means the other one.
3. Long-press and hold. Some answers need you to hold on something, not tap it. Try holding for a couple of seconds on anything suspicious.
4. Walkthrough only after ten tries. There's a level 84 walkthrough on YouTube and probably one for whatever has you stuck, but the fun is the reveal. Give it ten honest attempts first.
5. Play with someone. Two people see two different tricks. The one not holding the phone usually spots it first.

Brain Test is the game everyone means when they say trick puzzle: a scene, a question, a sneaky answer. Tricky Minds follows the format without shame. Where it separates: the tone is goofier, the drawings are simpler, and you get 100-plus levels with nothing to install. What it doesn't have is Brain Test's polish; a few levels feel like the trick was chosen after the drawing. If you've done Brain Test and its sequels and want more of that itch scratched, this is a cheap fix. If you've never played either, either one is a fine place to start.

Bazooka put both on YouTube Playables within days of each other in late August 2026. They share a design sense, but they lean different ways. Brain Up leans into quiz-style questions where the wording is the trap. Tricky Minds leans into scene gags where the drawing is the trap and the answer is usually a laugh. I'd start with Tricky Minds if you want to be entertained and Brain Up if you want to feel clever. If one clicks, the other will, and together they're a couple of evenings of this stuff for free.
