Clean a blank case, spray or marble it, pile on stickers, and admire your work.
8:55A calm, satisfying paint-and-sticker toy that's more ASMR than game, and that's fine.

Phone Case DIY is what it says: a blank case, a set of tools, nothing to lose. You wipe off the dust, spray or pour color on, drop stickers, admire it for three seconds and move on to the next. The first thing I felt was that small exhale you get from dragging paint across a clean surface. It's a toy, and it knows it.
The toolbox is what keeps you going. Spray paint, acrylic and tie-dye, stencils, water marbling, jelly-style injection color, a pop-it case that turns the back into fidget bubbles, even a headphones case for a change of shape. Each case takes a couple of minutes, every step has a nice tactile feel, and I kept going to see what the next combo gave me.
The complaints are the usual ones for a case-maker. No fail state, no real goal, so if you need score or challenge you'll be out in ten minutes. The steps are guided, sometimes too guided; you're following a recipe more than designing. And the finished cases don't do anything afterward.
Play it if you like ASMR craft games or tie-dye videos and want something calm on a phone before bed. Skip it if you want to design freely and keep your work, or if you need a game to push back.
A phone case maker game where you can show your creative side and enjoy the custom art and see the phone evolution just the way you like it!

Good for: ASMR craft fans, calm five-minute breaks, kids who like painting, tie-dye video watchers
Coverage is the whole trick: slow overlapping strokes look cleaner than fast scribbles, and the marbling step in particular rewards patience.
A lot of people land on this game while hunting for actual craft ideas, kits, or a way to jazz up a clear case. Fair warning: this is a game, not a tutorial, and the case stays on the screen. That said, it works as a mood board. Try a tie-dye base with two stickers, or a two-color marble on a clear back, and you'll find out which combos you actually like before you spend money on a kit. Then go make the real one. The game won't tell you which glue holds rhinestones, but it will tell you that you hate orange.
The mobile app has been on the App Store since November 2020 and sits at 4.6 stars from more than 649,000 ratings, which is about right for a craft toy this polished. The YouTube Playables version has been up since May 2024 and runs inside YouTube with nothing to install and no store account. As far as I could tell it's the same CrazyLabs game. If you're already in the YouTube app on your phone, this is the quicker door; if you want it as an icon on your home screen for a kid to find, the app is the one for that.

The TubeGames rating is our estimate, not a vote. It combines public ratings of the same game elsewhere (App Store 4.6★ (649,570 ratings)) with how it holds up on YouTube Playables: how many people play it and whether they keep playing weeks after launch. Once 10 players rate Phone Case DIY here, their average becomes the headline score.
