Lead cup warriors on a quest to rescue their Queen
11:01A light RPG about fighting cups that is sillier than it looks and deeper than I expected.

Cup Heroes is a Voodoo RPG where your party is a set of cups with faces and weapons. You pick a hero such as Knight Cup or Ninja Cup, push through short levels, fight bosses and minions, and go rescue a Queen. The first thing I felt was surprise that a game with this premise has a real progression system: coins, gems, power-ups, hero levels, gear.
The loop is why it has a 4.5 on the App Store from over 87,000 ratings. Each run is a few minutes, each run drops something, and the something feeds back into the next run. The heroes play differently enough that switching one is a real change, not a skin. Between the forest, volcano and dungeon areas there is always a next thing to unlock, and daily rewards keep you coming back for one more.
Complaints: it is a mobile RPG at heart, so the numbers eventually outrun you and the grind shows. The controls are mostly tap-to-confirm, which means the fights are more about your build than your hands. And the story is thin even by cup standards.
Play it if you like Archero-style runs with a squad to grow and do not mind a grind. Skip it if you want skill-based combat or a game that ends.

Cup Heroes turns a set of ordinary cups into a fighting force. You build your heroes up and send them out on a journey to rescue their Queen, dealing with whatever stands between you and her along the way.
It sits between casual and strategy: the presentation is light, but there is a squad to grow and the fights reward keeping it strong. The game runs free inside YouTube with nothing to install, so you can pick the quest back up in short stretches. Good for fans of light strategy games with a bit of progression.
Good for: light strategy fans, casual sessions
Your hero choice and gear matter more than your reflexes, so most losses are fixed on the upgrade screen, not by replaying better.
Everyone wants a tier list, so here is my honest one after a solid session: there is no wrong starting hero, but they suit different players. Knight Cup is the safe pick, tanky and forgiving. Ninja Cup is the fast pick and the one I ended up maining, because faster clears mean more drops per hour. Whichever you take, the real tier list is your gear. A well-equipped mid hero beats a naked top one every time. If you are hunting for codes or a mod APK, the YouTube version has neither; it is the plain game, and the daily rewards are the only free boost.
It is the same Voodoo game that is on the App Store and CrazyGames, hosted inside YouTube Playables. The practical difference is that there is nothing to install and it opens wherever youtube.com opens, including a lot of networks where game sites are blocked. You give up the convenience of a home-screen icon, but you also give up the storage space. I played it on both and did not miss anything in the YouTube copy.

Elsewhere: 4.5★ (87,607 ratings) on App Store · 9.0/10 (1,791 votes) on CrazyGames
The TubeGames rating is our estimate, not a vote. It combines public ratings of the same game elsewhere (App Store 4.5★ (87,607 ratings), CrazyGames 9.0/10 (1,791 votes)) with how it holds up on YouTube Playables: how many people play it and whether they keep playing weeks after launch. Once 10 players rate Cup Heroes here, their average becomes the headline score.
