Matching is easy; the game lives in card economy. Every card you play is one fewer option later, so play from your biggest color and save the flexible ones.

1. Play your biggest color first. The more cards you hold in one color, the longer you can stay in it and the more turns you skip drawing.
2. Save the game-changers. The usual action cards in a game like this are for the moment someone is down to one or two cards, not for the opening.
3. Watch what they draw. An opponent who draws on red doesn't have red. Steer the pile there when you can.
4. Count your exits. Before each play, check that you'll still have a card that fits the likely next color. Getting stuck one turn from winning is how rounds slip.
5. Don't chase one opponent. Blocking the leader helps everyone else at the table. Play for your own hand and let the others trip each other.

Let's be honest about what this is: it's the UNO idea, color-or-number matching, without the UNO name. That's not a criticism. Those rules were a classic long before the branded deck, and 4 Colors plays them straight: match, shed, first to empty wins.

Where the official UNO apps pile on rooms, currencies and events, this one is a table, a deck and a round that's over in a couple of minutes. If you want the social version with friends across phones, the branded apps do that. If you want the card game itself, quick and free with nothing to install, this is the cleaner way to get it.
