Levels

Several hotels, each with dozens of upgrades, per the App Store listing; bring one to five stars and you get promoted to a bigger property.

Progress

Progress is saved the way YouTube Playables saves it; sign in to the same YouTube account on phone and desktop and your hotel follows you.

Your walking speed is the real bottleneck, and the game knows it: speed upgrades pay back faster than anything cosmetic.

1. Buy speed before decoration. Movement speed for you and your staff is the upgrade that shortens everything else. Cosmetic room upgrades can wait.
2. Hire the first staff early. Once someone else cleans rooms, you spend your time at the desk collecting money. That's where the income comes from.
3. Don't idle at the desk. A queue at reception looks urgent, but a dirty room blocks the next guest entirely. Clear rooms, then take payments.
4. Restock before it runs out. An empty bathroom stalls guests quietly. Top it up on the way past rather than when a guest is already waiting.
5. Group jobs by trip. Do everything on the way to a room before walking back. Every trip to the desk you skip is money that arrives sooner.

If you remember Diner Dash, this is that idea with the stress removed. Diner Dash punished slow service; here guests wait, nothing burns, and the only cost of being slow is being slow. The closer relatives are the idle-arcade games of the last few years, the ones where you run a shop or a farm by walking into things. My Perfect Hotel is one of the better-made ones: the hotels have personality, the upgrades change what you see, and the promotion to a new property is a real reset rather than a bigger number. What it shares with all of them is the shallowness. There's a loop, not a strategy.

The version here runs inside youtube.com, so on networks that filter games sites it usually opens when Poki and similar don't. If YouTube itself is blocked, nothing helps. As for whether it's the same game: yes, this is SayGames' My Perfect Hotel, the one on the App Store since July 2022, playing in a browser tab with nothing to install. Progress is saved the way YouTube Playables saves it, so sign in to the same YouTube account if you switch between phone and desktop.
