Merge items to gather resources and build up a kingdom
12:57Merge Dragons' formula, browser-light: three-of-a-kind merges, a map to open, quests that never run dry.

Mergest Kingdom is a merge game with a kingdom on top. Three matching things become one better thing: three houses a bigger house, and so on up, with trees, gems and dragons on the same ladder. Around the board is a map you open piece by piece with what you produce. I spent the first session doing nothing but merging and didn't notice the quest list until it was three deep.
The loop is the ladder and the map together. Merging gives you resources, resources open land, land gives you new things to merge, and a stack of quests keeps pointing you at the next step. There's a daily quest for gold and gems, and the land keeps stretching, so there's always a next patch. It's built for many short sessions rather than one long one.
Complaints: it's a free-to-play merge game and it moves like one. Keys gate progress and come slowly, so there's a stretch where you're waiting more than playing. The board gets cluttered, and shuffling things around to make room is a chore rather than a puzzle. It doesn't do anything Merge Dragons didn't do first.
Play it if you like merge games with a building goal and you're happy to check in daily. Skip it if you want a puzzle you can finish.

Mergest Kingdom is a merge game wrapped around building a realm. You combine matching objects to turn them into better ones, and those upgrades feed the resources you need to expand your kingdom across the map.
It moves in small steps rather than bursts, so it works as something you return to over several sessions instead of finishing in one go. It runs inside YouTube with nothing to download, which makes picking it back up easy. Suits players who like merge boards with a building goal sitting on top of them.
How to play: Drag matching items together to merge them into stronger versions.
Good for: merge fans, longer casual play
The board is the bottleneck, not the map; every square you leave clogged is a merge you can't set up.
Merge Dragons is the template: merge three, heal land, dragons harvest, camp gets bigger. Mergest Kingdom uses the same bones. Groups of three, a map to open, quests to chase, keys to unlock the buildings that matter. The tone is lighter, more storybook than Merge Dragons' cursed-land moodiness, and the browser roots show in how quickly it loads and how little it asks of a phone. The differences are small enough that if you've played one you know the other. Where I'd steer you is on access: this one runs free inside YouTube with nothing to install, and CrazyGames players give it 8.6 out of 10, so it's a low-cost way to get the Merge Dragons feeling.
There are no cheats in the YouTube version that I know of, and I wouldn't go looking; the game runs inside youtube.com, so the usual browser tricks don't apply. What people call a wiki for Mergest Kingdom is really the merge chains, which item becomes which, and the quest list. You don't need it to play, but if you like knowing the ladder ahead of time, that's what those pages cover. The fastest legitimate speedup is the daily quest for gold and gems and an early barracks for keys.
Public play counts for Mergest Kingdom are re-counted every day from the YouTube Playables catalog and shown the way YouTube shows them. The total and rankings above are as of 2026-10-10.

The TubeGames rating is our estimate, not a vote. It combines public ratings of the same game elsewhere (App Store 4.6★ (1,093 ratings), CrazyGames 8.6/10 (16,725 votes)) with how it holds up on YouTube Playables: how many people play it and whether they keep playing weeks after launch. Once 10 players rate Mergest Kingdom here, their average becomes the headline score.
