Momo chases her rival ghost up through the layers of the sky
7:52Momo's third run climbs the sky and plays it safe; good if you want more of the same, and only that.

Magic Cat Academy 3 takes Momo the cat above the clouds, chasing Marshmallow the ghost up through the layers of the atmosphere. The casting is unchanged: a ghost shows a symbol, you draw it, the ghost pops. My first feeling was 'oh, this again', and I mean that both ways.
What keeps you climbing is the scenery. Each layer of sky swaps the backdrop and the mix of ghosts, and the sense of altitude is nicely done; the run goes somewhere rather than looping. The rhythm is the same as the earlier games, so if the symbols are already in your hand you'll clear the early layers without a miss, then hit a wall of overlapping ghosts near the top that took me three attempts.
The complaints are why this scores below the second game. It's the third go at one idea, and there's nothing new in the mechanic itself, only in the wallpaper. The run is short, and once Marshmallow is dealt with there's no reason to come back. On a phone, ghosts near the top of the screen sit right where my hand goes to draw.
Play it if you finished the first two and want the last chapter. Skip it if you haven't played the others; start with the second, which is the better game.
Momo the cat is embarking on an out of this world adventure, battling her arch nemesis, Marshmallow the ghost, across the layers of the atmosphere!

Magic Cat Academy 3 sends Momo above the clouds, climbing through the layers of the atmosphere after Marshmallow, the ghost she keeps running into. Casting works as before: draw the symbol a ghost shows and it takes the hit.
Each layer changes the setting as you climb, so the run keeps moving rather than settling into one backdrop. It is short enough to finish in one sitting and plays free inside YouTube with nothing to install.
How to play: Swipe to draw each ghost's symbol before it reaches Momo.
Good for: quick sessions, Doodle game fans
Ghosts move at set speeds, so the order you clear them in matters more than how fast you draw.
This was the Halloween 2024 Doodle, and it landed on YouTube Playables on December 3, 2024, which is where you're playing it now. That timing is the whole reason people search for it: Doodle games vanish from the search homepage after a day, and a month later nobody remembers where they went. Here it's the full game, in a player that works on a phone, with nothing to install.
Same mechanic, different direction. The second game goes down through the water; this one goes up through the sky. The second one felt to me like it had more going on in each stretch, new helpers and more varied ghoul waves, while the third leans on the backdrop changing and keeps the ghost patterns simpler until the very end.
If you're picking one, pick the second. If you've done the second and want to see how Momo's story with Marshmallow ends, this is the closing chapter, and it's short enough that the mild sameness doesn't get a chance to grate.
